Booking & Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments require a credit card to hold your service space day and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 5 hours advanced notice. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 5 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee of your service booked will be assessed. Please be courteous and provide as much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment. We understand that things come up and we will try our best to be accommodating. No-shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS
